My middle daughters middle name is Leigh...I love that name...
It is a pretty name. The mother of this little girl was told to have an abortion because this little girl was 'supposed' to have never survived. In this case, the mom felt like she had to give the little girl a chance. And Heaven Leigh did survive.
Heaven was born with some serious issues, mostly internal. She didn't leave the hospital for months after her birth.
She still needs prayer as she battles hearing and speaking issues, organ development, etc.
As hard as it has been on her family, when they see her smile, it makes it all worthwhile
